• Do you have experience with different dog breeds?

Yes! We’re happy to work with any breed, big or small. During our “Treat & Greet” (a meet-up before the wedding), we’ll make sure we’re a good match and take the time to understand your dog’s personality, quirks, and comfort level with new people and settings.

  • What happens if my dog gets anxious or overwhelmed?

Every dog is different. That’s why we take time before the wedding to get to know your pup and understand their needs. On the day of, we come prepared with their favorite treats, toys, and calming strategies. If your dog needs a break from the action, we’ll make sure they get it.

  • Can you help with photos or walking my dog down the aisle?

Absolutely! We’re there to support your vision. Whether your pup is walking down the aisle, posing for portraits, or simply being adorable in the background, we’ll coordinate closely with your planner and photographer to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • Are you comfortable giving my dog medication?

Yes—we have experience with dogs who have special medical needs, including administering oral medication and injections. Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure all instructions are followed carefully. If your dog has very specific medical needs we are happy to connect you with the right person from our team who has the best experience with providing the right medical support.

  • How far will you travel?

We’re based in and around Boston, MA and are happy to travel! Local travel (within 50 miles) is included in your package. If your venue is further, we’ll work with you to determine any additional travel fees.

  • Can you help with photos or taking reigns of my dog after down the aisle?

Absolutely! We’re there to support your vision. Whether your pup is walking down the aisle, posing for portraits, or simply being adorable in the background, we’ll coordinate closely with your planner and photographer to make sure everything goes smoothly.

  • Can we book you for other events too? (like the rehearsal dinner or post-wedding brunch?)

Of course! We’d love to be part of the entire wedding weekend. Just let us know what you have in mind and we can create a custom quote for multi-day care.

  • What should we prepare ahead of time?

We’ll send over a checklist before the big day, but generally we ask for a leash/harness, a few favorite treats or toys, water bowl, and any specific instructions (like feeding or medication).

  • What if we’re not using a wedding planner?

No problem! We’re used to coordinating directly with couples and venues. We'll walk through logistics together so your pup's part in the celebration is seamless.

  • Do we need to provide any insurance or paperwork for the venue?

We’ve got it covered! We carry full liability insurance for personal injury and pet care. If your venue requires any Certificates of Insurance (COIs) or documentation for your pup to be on-site, I’m happy to coordinate and provide everything needed to avoid any disruptions on the big day.

  • What exactly is dog-safe transportation?

Great question! We’ll create a transportation plan tailored to your pup’s needs. Whether it's a short ride from your getting-ready suite to the venue or a longer trip home after the celebration, your dog will travel safely and comfortably in a climate-controlled vehicle with a secure harness or crate. We'll review all logistics ahead of time to make sure you're confident in the plan.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?

To reserve your date, we require a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding. If your plans change, we offer a full refund if cancelled at least one month prior to the event. For cancellations within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
